A team of Press Information Bureau (PIB) Jaipur today held an interactive session with the students of Government Degree College Drass at the college campus.

To mark the conclusion of Poshan Maah, GDC Drass today on 30 September 2022 took Poshan pledge to become healthy and nutritious.

Government Degree College Drass, Department of Tourism and Travel Management (TTM), under the supervision of Dr. Amjad Ali Abassi, Principal GDC Drass organized a special session for the students of tourism and travel management (TTM) about the topic “Rethinking Tourism” (The Theme to Celebrate World Tourism Day Worldwide on 27th September 2022) by Dr. Jahangir Ahmad Malik (Asst. Prof. TTM) Govt. Degree College Drass.

Govt. Degree College Drass concluded the International Week of the Deaf and International Day of the sign Languages today on 23rd of September 2022.
The program was started by Mr. Mumtaz Ahmad, Assistant Professor Physics with welcome speech followed by a brief outline of the session.

The first Ladakh Education Fair -2022 was celebrated in all the constituents’ colleges of the University of Ladakh on 19th & 20th August 2022. The mega event was an initiative of the Higher Education Department, UT Ladakh in collaboration with Ladakh Skill Development Mission and the University of Ladakh. The main aim and objective of the two-day event were to provide a platform to school and college students of Ladakh and expose them to the subjects outside their classrooms and syllabi. The theme of the event was Expand Your Horizon, where the attempt was to provide guidance, information, skills, career counselling, workshops, and opportunity to young learners.
